Igniting Entrepreneurial Spirit at Sairam Institutions, a guest lecture was conducted at Sairam Engineering College and Sairam Institute of Technology, engaging over 200 motivated students. The session inspired and encouraged a spirit of entrepreneurship among the youth. The students exhibited exceptional discipline, curiosity and enthusiasm, demonstrating their potential to transform innovative ideas into impactful startup ventures.

This initiative, conducted under the Swavalambi Bharat Abhiyan (Self-Reliant Bharat Movement), aims to empower students to shift their focus from being job seekers to becoming job creators. By fostering innovation, problem-solving and entrepreneurial thinking, the program equips students with the confidence and skills necessary to contribute to India’s journey towards self-reliance.

Mr. Shyam Sekar, Founder and CEO of Startup Xperts, led the session and shared valuable insights on entrepreneurship as a pathway to addressing societal challenges and creating economic opportunities. Inspiring Young Minds at GK Shetty Vivekananda Vidyalaya, we had the privilege of introducing the exciting world of entrepreneurship to over 180 enthusiastic students. The session was vibrant, interactive and well-received, with the students showcasing remarkable discipline, curiosity and a genuine eagerness to learn about what it takes to build an entrepreneurial mindset.
